At Sneakerstack.nl, you pay €7.95 shipping and handling for orders under €60 from the Netherlands. For orders within the Netherlands over €60, pay nothing.
From Belgium and Germany, for orders under €60, you pay a minimum of €10.70 shipping and handling.
We make every effort to deliver your package the next day on weekdays, however, it is occasionally possible that your order is delayed due to circumstances.
Can I choose a delivery service?
For delivery in the Netherlands, you can choose the delivery service of PostNL or DHL. If you choose DHL’s delivery service, in addition to standard delivery, you can also choose evening delivery between 5:30 and 9:30 p.m. on weekdays. There is a surcharge of €1.00 for this evening delivery. If evening delivery is not possible for your zip code or delivery date, this option will not be shown.
If you live in Belgium, your package will be delivered by PostNLor Bpost, you can make a choice for this (at extra cost).
What happens to my package if I am not home?
Are you not home at the time of delivery? No problem! Your package will be delivered to the nearest PostNL, or DHL or Bpost pickup location. In that case, the delivery person will leave a message in the mailbox where and from when you can pick up your order.
If the package is not picked up or is refused, the return fee charged to Sneakerstack.co.uk will be deducted from refund.
Can I provide an alternate delivery address?
It is possible to specify an alternative delivery address while ordering. There is no additional cost for this. There is no extra cost for this.This can be useful when you want a package delivered to your work or to someone you know when you are not home at the time of delivery.
Adjusted delivery times holidays
We strive to deliver your order as quickly as possible even during holidays. However, please note that our delivery times during the holidays may differ from the 24-hour delivery you are used to from us because we are closed during the holidays. Of course, you can still just place your order in our webshop. In addition, the speed of delivery depends on delivery times and capacity of delivery services.
